Saline nasal mist

I have a three year old so am constantly fighting a cold. I read that saline nasal mist can reduce the length of a cold and also make it less contagious!

Whenever my son gets sick, I start going wild with this stuff spraying every 30 minutes or so. I find it prevents the cold from moving into my sinuses.

This and going hard on the zinc lozenges (It’s gotta be the lozenges.) is a real cold killer
